As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents itself in the US, we all wonder how it will affect ourselves and our loved ones. Our guests and employees are encouraged to take the usual precautions observed during the flu season. Your safety and wellbeing is our top priority, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Area Information

  • Owen Roberts International Airport in Grand Cayman and Charles Kirkconnell International Airport in Cayman Brac will be closed to all international leisure and non-essential travel until at least October 1, 2020.
  • If you are returning from a country with cases of COVID-19, you are required to quarantine for 14 days. Remain at your home unless you require emergency care.

Seafire Residences rental program will begin to accept new bookings from June 1, 2020, onward, and are ready to answer any questions you may have in the interim.

PANDEMIC/EPIDEMIC EXCEPTION: Should a declared Pandemic or Epidemic prevent reasonable travel and/or relevant border closures after either deposit or full payment is made, the guest may cancel up until the day of arrival and all payments will be refunded, less a 5% processing fee.

 

With your signature and non-refundable 25% deposit [Deposit #1] of the total rental contract paid, your reservation is confirmed and subject to the cancellation and revision policies below. Full payment of the balance due [Deposit #2] is required 120 days prior to the reservation arrival date.

 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to 120 before arrival date will result in forfeiture of Deposit #1. This reservation, other than a Holiday Reservation, may be changed or canceled between 60 and 120 days prior to arrival; although no cash refunds will be given. This reservation may be changed or canceled between 60 and 120 days prior to arrival and you will receive as a credit, 50% of Deposit #2, to be applied toward another stay in the same Property within one year of the original arrival date. No changes or cancellations may be made less than 60 days of arrival, and multiple changes or cancellations are not permitted. December holiday dates (Christmas and New Year’s) are not eligible for any refunds, credits or exchanges in the event of a cancellation. Exact dates vary from year to year and can be verified with the reservations department. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures in any season.

 

We strongly advise the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment in the case of an unplanned reason for cancellation.

 

You may choose your own trip insurance company and we suggest either www.travelguard.com or www.csatravelprotection.com as reputable U.S. based companies that offer policies for purchase online.
