We have been coming to the Caymans for the past seventeen years and have stayed at many wonderful resorts. I will say this was one of the top on the list because of the service we received from all the staff. From our assigned concierge Renee to the guys down on the beach who took care of us at the cabana we rented daily. Bravo for the great training and it is good to be back.
We loved our stay! The views are beautiful, the Kimpton staff is incredible and so kind. Building concierge covered any need we had and even booked restaurant reservations, boats, and cabanas for us in advance. Everything about this unit was so much better than we even expected.
The apartment was lovely and well-appointed. We were greeted at check-in by a wonderful concierge. She provided everything we needed during the stay, booked our activities and dining reservations, and brought a small toy for our three-year-old to enjoy. The property is lovely and well-located near (short drive) shopping and dining. Would love to book again!
Our stay at the Seafire Residence was so perfect I almost don’t want to leave a review in hopes of keeping it a secret! The host, Kimpton, and our personal assistant, Alicia, were all extremely responsive and accommodating. The space is perfect and exactly as described/pictured. Amenities are incredible. We can’t wait for our next visit!
