At The Residences at Seafire, we have always maintained the highest standards for cleanliness. Our top priority is to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests, homeowners, and staff. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been redefining and enhancing our cleaning procedures and policies. The Residence at Seafire follows recommendations from the CDC, local governing bodies, and the IHG Way of Clean program which focuses on enhancing cleaning practices and social and workplace interactions. 

 

We use CDC approved products provided by Ecolab and follow guidance and protocols that align with IHG Way of Clean's high standards and commitment to clean. That means that our properties are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and cleaned again before your arrival. Our housekeeping staff of cleaners follows an extensive checklist to ensure your accommodation is cleaned and sanitized with great care and thoroughness.

IHG Way of Clean

  • Reception Area: Reduced contact during check-in, sanitizer stations, sanitized key cards, paperless check-out
  • Public Spaces and Facilities: Special attention to high tough surfaces, pools, and fitness centers and lounges, social distancing enforced, charts to keep track of when spaces were 'last cleaned' 
  • Guest Room: Visible verification of sanitized items (e.g. glassware, remote control), reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items, new laundry protocols, use of electrostatic technology. Special attention to sanitizing high touch surfaces including but not limited to:
      • Doorknobs/handles
      • Light switches
      • Electronics (remote controls, telephones, TVs, clocks)
      • Kitchen appliance knobs, handles, and frequently used surfaces
      • Bathroom surfaces 
      • Entryway area
  • Food & Beverage: New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, and room service
