A non-refundable 25% deposit (Deposit #1) is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance (Deposit #2) must be paid 90 days before arrival.
Cancellations made after 90 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit #1 and deposit #2.

No pets are permitted in any of the residences without prior written approval.
Smoking is not permitted inside the units or on balconies. However, designated smoking areas are available outside. Guests are asked to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
